When will I receive my jewelry?
Each piece is hand-crafted by me. The majority of my work is made to order, which may mean I need to orer materials, create the piece and then ship it to you. All orders take 10-14 days to process and handcraft. Shipping times are not included in the 10-14 days. If you need to rush your order, please contact me via email at to discuss your needs.
What form of payments do you accept?
I accept PayPal, Venmo, and all major credit cards.
Do you collect taxes on my purchase?
All Colorado residents are required to pay state and local taxes.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All orders come with branded packaging, a ribbon and thank note. If you would like a personalized note, please send an email to after you place your order.

What is your shipping policy?
Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped USPS priority shipping at $8.50. Delivery times provided are estimates from USPS, based on shipping service selected, and are not guaranteed. Shipping details, and expected arrival dates, are communicated via email once an item is shipped. Each package will be insured for the full retail price of its contents.I am not responsible for items reported as not delivered if USPS tracking shows it has been delivered. Do you ship internationally?
I am able to ship internationally. USPS Priority Mail International starts at $32.00. Please email me at to discuss specific rates. Customer is responsible for any customs or duty fees associated with the order.
What is your return policy?
I want you to love your new jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging. In order to initiate a return or exchange, you must first email . Are you able to resize?
Resizing is not available at this time. I recommend going to a local jeweler to have an accurate ring size measurement taken. I am also able to send you a complimentary ring sizer. Please email .
